Taking a step toward somatic coaching provides a helpful shift if you are used to managing life through logic and analytical thinking. This single introductory session offers a calm, welcoming space to explore how applied mindfulness supports your daily life.

During our 50 minutes together, we focus on where you currently feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your physical self. We explore the actual physical sensations of your nervous system and introduce foundational, science-backed grounding tools. This allows you to experience firsthand how it feels to gently interrupt a stressful mental loop. This standalone session serves as a supportive, low-pressure entry point to help you determine if this body-centered approach aligns with what you need.
